The Faculty of Informatics at the University of Skopje is committed to the continuous assurance and enhancement of the quality of education, the teaching process, study programmes, and scientific research.
Quality assurance is implemented within the University’s integrated quality enhancement system through established policies, procedures, and instruments for monitoring and evaluation. Continuous monitoring of the educational process enables the analysis of achieved results, the identification of areas for improvement, and the establishment of recommendations and priorities for further quality enhancement.
Academic staff, students, employers, and other relevant stakeholders are involved in the quality assurance and enhancement process. Feedback from relevant stakeholders is taken into account in monitoring and improving the teaching process and study programmes.

Quality Monitoring and Evaluation
Quality assurance is implemented at both University and Faculty level. At University level, the Quality Control Department, which operates under the authority of the Vice-Rector for Science and Development, monitors the implementation of the University methodology for quality assurance.
At the Faculty of Informatics, the quality of the teaching process and the implementation of study programmes are continuously monitored and evaluated within the University quality assurance system. Academic staff and students are involved in these processes, and relevant feedback is used to identify areas requiring further improvement.
At the end of each semester, students have the opportunity to evaluate the work of academic staff through established evaluation instruments. The results of monitoring and evaluation are analysed and serve as a basis for defining recommendations and priorities for the further enhancement of the teaching process and the quality of study programmes.
