The right to free access to public information held by the Rector of the University of Skopje is guaranteed by the Law on Free Access to Public Information (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 101/2019) to domestic and foreign individuals and legal entities.

Submitting a Request for Access to Information

A request for access to information is made by submitting a request to the official for free access to information. If the request is submitted in writing, it is necessary to fill out the Request for Access to Information Form, or, in case the form is not used, to emphasize that the information is requested in accordance with the Law on Free Access to Information. The request for exercising the right to free access to information held by the Rector of the University of Skopje can be submitted:

1. electronically, to the following e-mail addresses: j.ilieva@utms.edu.mk или b.conev@utms.edu.mk
2. by mail, to the following address:

     3. In person with Minutes, every working day from 10:00 to 12:00

The request must contain the name of the holder of the information, the personal name and surname of the information requester, data about the possible representative or authorized person, the company or legal entity. In the request, the requester is obliged to state the information with which he wants to become acquainted and in what way he wants to become acquainted with the content of the requested information (inspection, transcript, photocopy, electronic record).

The University will not act on incomplete applications.

The University of Skopje has the right to reimbursement of actual material costs incurred during the procedure for free access to information, in accordance with the law.
